About Music Vote Live
About Music Vote Live
Music Vote Live is about more than just the music. It’s about the bands, the artists, the listeners and bringing them closer together.
MVL is where listeners can discover music, support the songs and artists they like & enjoy, and have a real voice by voting for the songs they like and having an influence and an impact on the MVL charts. The MVL charts are independent without any influence from money or Corporate entities, the power rests with the people. MVL is a way for listeners to be part of an artist’s journey – discovering new music, supporting your favourites and helping create opportunities to see more of the music you love performed live.
For bands and artists, those votes mean more than a chart position. They can gain real support for their music, and grow their audience with the view that the people voting for them will want to see them play live.
We believe bands and listeners benefit when they work together, bands provide the musical means and listeners provide the opportunities. Artists need audiences, listeners want great music and great live experiences, and MVL helps create the connection between them quicker than ever...

How it Works
Listen
You can discover New Music Releases, vote on the music you'd like to see rise and play live.
Vote
You can vote on the current song playing on the radio, or if you know the MVL song reference you can just vote for it. For each vote you gain a voting credit, and the voting credits can be used with MVL for numerous discounts including discounts on gig tickets. You will quickly accumulate voting credits and so bands will be playing live very quickly!
Music Rises
Each vote counts and each vote helps Bands & Artists song's to rise up through the charts. A Band or Artist doesn't need to make it to #1 to play live, everyone has an equal opportunity at any MVL chart position to play live. Bands and Artists just need to increase their support and votes. They don't need to get discovered, people need to vote for the music they like and Bands and Artists will achieve.
Play Live
Our objective is to help Bands and Artists to play live. We all recognise the difficulties some have in earning money from producing music, and one of the ways for them to earn money is to play live and achieve their dreams. We create the opportunities, the Bands and Artists create the music, and the listeners create the magic to make it all happen and see the bands play live.
